Every layer of your 4nf account — from the first login to the final withdrawal — is protected by a combination of technical controls and clear data practices.

Encrypted Data Storage

All personal and financial data is stored with AES-256 encryption at rest. Payment credentials tied to your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe accounts are never stored on our servers in plain text — only tokenised references kept by the payment processor.

Cookie Policy

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active, and optional analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can manage cookie preferences from the banner on your first visit or inside Account Settings at any time.

Account Security Controls

Two-factor authentication is available on every 4nf account and is strongly encouraged. Login alerts are sent to your registered email whenever a new device accesses your account, so you can spot unauthorised access immediately.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is retained while your account is open. After account closure, transactional records are kept for the period required by applicable financial and tax law, typically up to seven years, then permanently deleted.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with identity-verification providers, licensed payment gateways (including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe processors), and our cloud hosting partners. Each partner operates under a signed data-processing agreement with us.
